Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our Chiropractic office team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Duties
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries
- Collect payments for services rendered and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an office as a receptionist or similar role
- Knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
