Hours Monday – Friday 10:00am – 2:30pm
Help needed during the busy real estate exemption season. Senior Citizens, Persons with Disabilities, and Veterans with Disabilities need assistance completing form applications. The township prides itself on providing friendly and speedy service.
Reception and Clerical Responsibilities:
- Greeting and signing in customers
- Exchanging pleasantries to keep customers calm while waiting for their turn
- Expediting the application process to shorten customer wait times
- Maintaining a clean and organized front counter and lobby area
- Scanning and maintaining application forms
- Answering phone calls and returning emails
- Performing general clerical work and related tasks as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Customer service skills
- Communication skills
- MS 365 proficiency
- Experience working in an office setting
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
