Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our photography studio. As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Manage the appointment calendar and schedule client meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist clients with their inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.90 - $23.96 per hour
