SalaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic, full-time or part-time Receptionist to greet customers and facilitate their visits to our office. The successful candidate for this position will have a passion for customer service and will be able to handle multiple tasks at one time accurately and with a positive attitude. We are interested in hiring candidates with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team, as well as in finding someone who is capable of solving problems on their own. This position requires working closely with other staff and doctors.
Full-time hours are available Mon-Friday and must be open to work on Saturdays. Part-time hours would be discussed Mon-Saturday.
Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
1 year experience as Dental office Front Desk required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Verify patient insurance and eligibility
- Properly greet and check in patients
- Go over patient treatment plans and insurance benefits
- Confirm patient appointments
- Properly schedule appointments and fill the schedule
- Preform regular day to day tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
