Responsibilities:
- Must Speak SPANISH & ENGLISH. GOOD to HAVE EXPERIENCE but NOT mandatory in DENTAL OFFICE Front desk. We can train if no experience.
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the Dental Office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the Dental Office's phone system
- Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Collect and record patient information, including medical history and personal details
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
- BILINGUALS: MUST SPEAK SPANISH.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with DENTRIX systems is a plus
