Requisites:
*** Bilingual (50% of our patients are Spanish speaking)
Minimum 2yrs DENTAL Experience
Experience with Curve Dental software (Plus)
Experience with financial presentation and financing patients with 3rd party lenders
Strong organizational skills
Collaborative, results-oriented, positive and energetic team player
Knowledge of dental insurances
Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills
Interacting with variety of patients and employees in a professional manner
Understanding of HIPPA laws
Ability to work independently as well as a member of the team
Dependable and possesses positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
High level customer service, greeting patients with a SMILE, checking them in, answering phones, scheduling appointments, answering emails, verifying insurance and eligibility for patients, contacting insurance companies, presenting treatment plans, presenting financing options and payment plans, collecting payment, dental billing, and other duties as assigned.
