What We're Looking For:

· A smooth-talking, upbeat, and positive individual who exudes warmth and professionalism.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment, ensuring a seamless client experience.

· Experience using a CRM system and proficiency in administrative tasks.

· Previous Med Spa experience and knowledge of products and services a plus

· Estheticians or laser technicians will not be considered; we're seeking someone dedicated to Front Office coordination and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Warmly greet and intake clients with a genuine smile and positive attitude.

· Facilitate client checkout with efficiency and attention to detail.

· Answer phones promptly and professionally, handling inquiries and closing leads with finesse.

· Utilize our CRM and EMR systems to maintain client records, track appointments, and follow up on leads.

· Check and respond to voicemails and emails in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service.

· Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
