Position Overview:
As a Front Office Coordinator under the Director of Operations’ guidance, you’ll lead and support our clinic’s Front Office. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks with independent judgment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties, including patient check-ins and creating memorable experiences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and staff.
- Schedule patients, manage a multi-line phone system, and handle patient intake.
- Work closely with Physical Therapists for optimal patient care and communication.
- Obtain treatment authorizations and assist with patient co-pay collections and billing.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Basic insurance knowledge, professional demeanor, and detail orientation.
