This practice has two locations and candidate will need to travel between the two locations in Phoenix.
Job Duties:
· Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
· Communicate with patients to set up and schedule optimal appointment times
· Gather and track medical information from patients
· Perform confirmation calls
· Organize and input data into electronic health records
· Inquire and process patients’ health insurance
· Support office with administrative and secretarial tasks
· Communicate with internal office team and providers to ensure patients are helped and everyday tasks are accomplished
· Processing of inbound faxes.
· Processing new patient referrals
· Processing of outbound referrals
· Understand and maintain HIPAA regulations
Skills & Qualifications
· Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Efficient problem solver
· Strong knowledge of medical language and health insurance plans
· Previous medical office or receptionist experience
· Experience with computer programs, such as GMAIL or Microsoft Office

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
