SalaryQuail Crest Memory Care is currently recruiting for a fulltime Receptionist (8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday) who is reliable, hard-working and friendly to join our dynamic team. Successful candidate must be able to maintain the Front Desk with an exceptional attitude of customer service ensuring residents, families, guests and telephone callers are addressed promptly. Responsibilities include answering phones, data entry, and providing backup and assistance to several departments and projects with primary focus on assisting Human Resources Director and staffing processes. Qualified candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, and proficient in basic computer programs. Experience with residential memory care, HR, training and/or scheduling a plus.
