ABOUT YOU:
The Front Desk staff ensures exceptional Customer Service and a high level of member satisfaction while registering guests and members, handling phones and correspondences, processing reservations and member accounts, and being responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions. This position entails responsibility for all office transactions.
Our office is open seven days per week. This position most likely will not require overtime. Requirements include passing a criminal background check, reliable and dependable employee attendance and work flexibility as required.

Professional Competencies:
- 1-2 years experience in front desk, membership, hospitality or public-facing office position
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite, and Google Documents with a minimum of one years experience of routine usage. Adept with various web and app-based softwares
- Friendly, customer-service oriented, professional demeanor
- Organized, self-motivated, detailed and highly skilled at managing priorities
- Independent problem-solver with strong work ethic and little need for supervision
- Prior experience as office staff at resort, hotel, visitor center, country club, campground, RV parks, or other hospitality service business preferred
