Salary```Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Duties: - Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using dental scheduling software - Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries - Collect patient information, update medical records, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with billing and payment processing - Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed - Manage patient flow and ensure timely check-in and check-out processes - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: - Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a medical office setting - Proficiency in using dental scheduling software (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks) is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology is required - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping To apply, please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience as a Dental Receptionist.
