Front Desk Receptionist

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with project coordination and provide support to various departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Familiarity with computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $19.72 - $23.74 per hour
