- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with project coordination and provide support to various departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
