Juniper Mountain Counseling has moved to our new facility, and we are seeking additional help for our Front Desk & Administrative Support.
Ideal Candidate:
- Kind, confident, and professional client communication skills. You are the first face of Juniper Mountain!
- Ability to manage high volume of clients and phone calls.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Committed to confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of office technology and Microsoft Office & Teams.
- Flexibility is a plus for occasional off-schedule coverage needs.
Duties Include:
- Greet and check in clients.
- Answer phones, collect payments, and schedule appointments.
- Verify basic eligibility and benefit information of insurance plans.
- Help maintain refreshments and communal spaces.
- Facilitate intercommunication between staff.
- Manage office administrative duties such as referrals, records requests, and reporting.

Education:
- Minimum Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Associate degree or higher.
Experience: Preferred one (1) year general office experience without an Associate's Degree.
*Training provided in HIPAA practices!

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
