Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple providers
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Coordinate projects and assist with clerical tasks as needed
- Transcribe medical information accurately
- Proofread documents for errors before distribution

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred
- Excellent customer support skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries effectively
- Proficient in typing and using office software for calendar management
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 17.5 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Rotating weekends

Ability to Relocate:

• Allentown, PA 18106: Relocate before starting work (Required)
