HR

As the Payroll Analyst your work will be focused on designing and ensuring compliance with a variety of payroll processes for the organization. You will help maintain records of gross and net pay, tax withholdings and payroll liabilities. You will keep up to date with payroll legislation compliance as well as assist with any payroll related questions from our internal teammates.

• Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals
• Supports continuous improvement/automation activities
• Uses advanced analytical/technical problem solving to develop new solutions to existing problems/procedures
• Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
• 2 years experience working in a payroll function
• Knowledge of advanced excel functions - VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
• Experience working in Dayforce and/or Workday
