We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the audiologist
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and credit application
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage inquiries effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Note: Experience with medical receptionist duties, office management, medical claim processing, and file management are all considered assets for this position.
