SalaryNikolaus & Hohenadel, LLP is seeking to fill a Receptionist position in our Lancaster Office. The Receptionist will work cooperatively with our staff and clients. This position is Part Time, Monday through Thursday 12:30pm to 5:00pm. And Friday 12:30pm - 4:30pm. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
The Receptionist performs a variety of tasks, including but not limited to the following;
Role and Duties:
- Greet all visitors in a kind and professional manner
- Sorting mail, preparing and metering outgoing mail
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Transfer calls to the correct person
- Take detailed messages when appropriate
- Schedule appointments as instructed
- Collect payments
- Data entry and typing
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized
- Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor

- Handles sensitive information in confidence
- Proficient with multiple-line phone system
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
