```Duties```
- assist with uhaul rentals, Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Clerical skills such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Ability to transcribe documents accurately and efficiently
- Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of written materials
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls courteously and efficiently
Sales license preferred not needed to hire
