Front Desk Receptionist/Pt Aide

PRO Rehabilitation Services was founded in 1997 as an outpatient provider of Physical, Occupational, and Aquatic Therapy Services. Over the past 26 years, we have become a leading provider in Northeastern and Central PA for outpatient therapy services. We are looking for a competent Front Desk Receptionist /Physical Therapy Aide to work with our outstanding therapists at our location in Pittston located at 135 South Main Street for 40 hours per week. Experience in customer service or Front Desk receptionist work is required.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs clinic Receptionist duties including but not limited to greeting and scheduling patients, answering phones, collecting copays, filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying and insurance verifications.

Assists with patient care under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant, following ethical clinical APTA/PPTA guidelines.

Performs general set-up and clean- up of clinic and exercise equipment according to infection control, safety, procedural and preventative maintenance guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
