Orthodontics on the Line is growing and in order to thrive we are looking to fill some very important shoes! We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist that is not only experienced in orthodontics and administration but is also someone who is dedicated to the care and happiness of our patients.

Required experience:

• Orthodontic: 1 year

• Customer Service: 1 year

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
• Schedule appointments
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed

Skills:

• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with office management and Front Desk operations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.63 - $21.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
