Property management company located in East Orange, NJ is seeking an organized and articulate individual to manage the evictions/collections department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Relay information through various communication channels
- Maintain up-to-date archives of all files.
- Plan, implement and maintain schedules and tasks
- Review tenant accounts for accuracy, delinquencies, or adjustments.
- Prepare eviction filings for non-payment and hold over cases.
- Communicate with attorneys & government agencies.
- Assist/Guide Tenants through the eviction or settlement agreement process.
- Encouraging and improving cross-departmental internal communication
- Performing other office duties
Requirements are as follows;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Gmail
- Mathematic ability to calculate figures and find discrepancies.
- Extensive knowledge of the administrative structure and various business process.
- Punctual, reliable, and communication skills.
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills

Schedule
Monday - Thursday : 9:00AM-5:00PM
Friday : 9:00AM - 1:00PM
Overtime Available
No Weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
