Job Summary: Administrative Assistant – Front Desk Coordinator
Company in Bloomfield Hills, MI is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant – Front Desk Coordinator. This position will cover the Front Desk, answer phones and provide support to the Controller and team.
Responsibilities
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
Provide processional administrative support.
Complete weekly and monthly reports on a variety of projects.
Create overnight packages and distribute mail and deliveries.
Prepare correspondence and documents as needed.
Maintain office and kitchen supplies, order when needed.
Do banking and process deposits thru check scanner.
Remains flexible with schedule to accommodate changing project priorities and deadlines.
Assist as needed with special projects.
Qualifications:
High School or GED required: Some College Coursework helpful.
A minimum of 3 - 5 years of previous job related experience
Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Experience working with multiple departments to complete projects in a timely manner
Proficiency in relevant computer software applications including Word, Excel.
Experience communicating verbally and in writing with all employees and external customers at all levels of an organization required
Extremely organized. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
