How you will make an impact
-Directly support the CEO
- Arrange reports and financial data
- Preparing materials for presentations
- Vet calls
- Instruct and direct other support staff and customer relations
- Plan travel and meeting arrangements-Must have 1+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Internet research skills
- Command of detail oriented Demeanor
- Foundational knowledge in calendar managements and scheduling appointments
- High familiarity with Calendar Management
- Strong familiarity with scheduling
- Well-founded grasp of Manage Calendar
- Experience with Scheduling management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Confidentiality
- Practical knowledge of Calendaring
- Quality experience with High-level Executive
- Proven knowledge of Maintain Calendar
- Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
