This privately owned company that is profitable and has been around for decades has fully hit its stride and is poised to grow significantly over the next 5 years. The CEO & Founder is stretched in all directions and needs a true right hand Executive Assistant to assist with this certain growth!

Duties include:

• Act as the right hand and first line of communication for the Founder/CEO
• Prepare metrics/reports in MS Excel & MS Word
• Bring order to high volume e-mail and voicemail boxes
• As you become comfortable, respond to e-mail and voicemail on behalf of the Founder/CEO
• Book travel and events
• Cross training on critical company responsibilities which will grow the position
