Job Description
Actively seeking an Executive Assistant to help empower senior leadership of a global manufacturer. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to executives. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support by preparing reports and presentations, supporting internal communications, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The role may also train and supervise additional clerical and administrative staff.
Approximately 20% travel, the majority of which would be domestic supporting Global Leadership Team or President.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to CEO, President, or other executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree (or equivalent education and experience)
- Excellent written, verbal and PowerPoint/digital communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
- Collaboration skills
