Essential Job Functions:
- Schedule Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and travel, ensuring efficient use of their time.
- Communication & Correspondence: Serve as the primary point of contact, manage communication flow, and interface with internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Travel & Logistics: Organize and manage all aspects of the CEO's travel, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage internal meetings, conferences, and events for the CEO, ensuring smooth execution and achieving desired outcomes.
- Office Management: Ensure a seamless and efficient office operation by managing logistics, supplies, and the CEO's work environment.
- Sounding Board: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, offering objective perspectives and insights on various matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar/Docs and other relevant software programs.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
