SalaryWe have one opening for Executive Assistant (EA) and one opening for Project Coordinator (PC):
Education: For EA, minimum BS or BA but candidates with MBA and postgraduate degrees are welcome. For PC, a BS in Engineering or Science but candidates with Engineering Plus Business or masters degree are welcome to apply.
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. If you have experience in manufacturing environment, it will be a plus.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis. Use of commands such as VLOOKUP and use of Pivot tables.
- Either know or be able to learn software for publishing, photo or video editing.
- Basic PC skills involving file formats, folder structures, and proficiency in Windows 10/11.
- Language precision and ability to write grammatically accurate and precise communications.
- Desire to stay informed about current events.
- Sense of humor.
- Be an Ambassador at social events: Our Company hosts various events, such as baseball games, summer picnics, monthly town hall meetings, and a Christmas party with talent competitions. We expect all employees to take part in organizing these events.
