Chosen Industries has an immediate need for an Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO. This is a great opportunity for learning and growth while working from home 4 days/week.
Responsibilities
This role requires experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and ability to work independently with little or no supervision. The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include:
- Managing the calendar and work closely with the CEO to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Booking domestic & international travel arrangements
- Preparing expense reports
- Written and verbal correspondence with employees and vendors communication skills, decision making ability and attention to detail.
- Producing professional-quality reports and presentations
- School pick-up and drop off at sports lessons 2 days/week
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience providing administrative support at the Executive level, required.
- Experience scheduling travel arrangements and processing expense reports
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
- MS Office skills
- Discretion with personal and confidential information.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
