Executive Assistant to CEO / CFO / Owners

Hello!

We are looking for a part time Executive Assistant that can help us grow our 7 companies.

Job Requirements:

1). Experience / familiar with dealing with commercial real estate leases.

2). Experience / familiar with dealing with city, county, state, and federal regulations.

3). Experience / familiar with dealing with accounting and financials.

4). Extremely detailed, organized, and trustworthy.

5). Excellent communication skills in person, on phone, by email, and on Zoom calls/meetings.

6). Professional

7). Highly proficient in Google drive, Excel, Word and Zoom calls/meetings.

We will meet weekly and delegate action items in our weekly Executive Assistant Meeting. Most work can be done from home or any secure location.

Job may require 1 day a week onsite to file and organize documents, mailing documents, making calls, running errands, have meetings, and perhaps more.

We may need you to be on call at times.
