Job Title: Executive AssistantTo The CEO
Location: South Florida (Work from Home/In-Office Hybrid with Some Travel)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to our CEO.
Position Overview:
As the Executive AssistantTo The CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's busy schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute To The success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Conduct research and prepare reports as requested
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work from home and in the office as needed, with occasional travel
- Bachelor's degree preferred
