Executive Assistant To Resort Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly conscientious and efficient Executive Assistant to provide specialized administrative support to the Resort Manager. The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excels at problem-solving. This individual will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with guests, hotel team members, and vendors. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must, as is the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. The Executive Assistant should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and be adept at utilizing technology for data entry, calendar management, report creation, and task management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet is required. A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience, is also required.
Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative, organizational, and analytical support to the Resort Manager
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, hotel team members, and vendors
• Handle data entry, calendar management, report creation, and task management using technology tools
• Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
