Brokers Realty is searching for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to assist our company President. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

1. Anticipate and provide comprehensive administrative support to the President/Broker, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel itineraries.
2. Prepare meeting materials for the President to ensure ample review time prior to scheduled commitments.
3. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on action items.
4. Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the President/Broker
5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
6. Be immersed and present – this position plays a crucial role in the success of the business.
7. Draft and prepare correspondence on behalf of the President.
8. Conduct and compile data to aid the President in decision-making.

1. Oversee office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
2. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
3. Execute general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls and managing emails.
4. Stay ahead of daily tasks and responsibilities and handle routine matters independently.
5. Oversee and assist when needed with the Real Estate transaction process from contract to close to include coordination with lenders, escrow companies, agents, and buyers/sellers.
6. Ensure the company database of clients and vendors is always maintained and current.
7. Anticipate potential challenges and proactively purpose solutions.
8. Ensure all business licenses are current and up to date.
9. Attend staff meetings and follow up on action items assigned.
10. Demonstrate exceptional client interaction and communication skills.
11. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and act as point of contact for addressing inquiries and resolving issues in the President’s absence.
12. Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace
13. Real estate license preferred but not required.
