Hey! I’m Shanelle, a Brand Strategist and I own The Brand Hustler LLC.

At The Brand Hustler LLC, we empower women to build bulletproof digital and physical product brands, equipping them with the mindset and skills needed to achieve their dream life. Led by a multi-6-figure entrepreneur and Brand Strategist, we prioritize a brand-centric approach to marketing, ensuring our clients' long-term success.

It’s important to note that our CEO doubles as an influencer for women in the entrepreneurial space. She has a strong presence on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. She also frequently speaks at events and within other communities.

Our Missing Puzzle Piece:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is a forward-thinking, highly organized, decisive, and creative individual. This role requires someone who can manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with efficiency and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of routine tasks, and contributing to the growth of our brand.

Our team is the bomb!We communicate daily. My goal is to add people to the team that match our energy and expertise.

Thanks for asking! Here are some of the day-to-day tasks you can expect:

CEO Management & Assistance

Managing my schedule to ensure deadlines are met and commitments are kept.

Work with the CEO to brainstorm marketing strategies.

Assist with other day-to-day marketing tasks as needed.

Update Project Management System (Monday.com) and send weekly updates to team/clients about project status.

Occasionally assist with travel arrangements for trips (both business & personal)

Serving as my right-hand to ensure our program/event experience is top-notch.

  • This includes: Scouting, pitching, and coordinating with industry experts to speak within our new membership club; Assisting with event coordination and support; Providing the guest speaker with materials to promote their expert session; and Assisting with guest speaker gift selection, purchase and mailing.

Serving as a face within our communities to keep our active clients and students informed and happy.

  • This includes: Facilitating group discussions by engaging with members in our groups; Proactively scanning group chat and online dashboard for important questions and concerns; Enforcing group rules and community best practices in group chat; and Assisting with executing member events and gift initiatives.

Client/Community Engagement & Management

Ensuring timely communication with our clients through email and client portals.

Ensuring timely communication with our community through email & app alerts.

Communicate with clients via email and phone to handle minor issues.

Updating client folders by adding updates and replays.

Organizing, sorting, and responding to emails and some DMs.

Managing YouTube, Instagram and TikTok comments, including documenting positive feedback and video suggestions.

Social Media Assistance

Scheduling posts across all the Brand Hustler's social media platforms.

Coordinating promotional emails to enhance viewer engagement.

Responding promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media to

foster a strong community and enhance audience interaction.

Designing eye-catching title slides for YouTube videos and adding chapters to published YouTube videos for improved viewer experience.

Content Design & Project Management

Creating and editing presentations, worksheets, and social media content, ensuring alignment with our brand's aesthetic and values. Proficiency in Canva is a must.

Handling one-time project-based tasks with a proactive approach.

Ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

CORE SKILLS:

  • Atlanta, GA (Preferred) or Remote but willing to travel
  • MUST BE Well Organized and Goal Oriented!!!
  • Strong writing, grammar and communications skills!!!
  • Experience with Canva is a MUST!
  • Extremely Email Savvy and Friendly
  • PROACTIVE and solution oriented
  • Keen attention to detail and confident
  • Fast learner who is open to knowledge
  • Experience with Email Marketing or willing to learn.
  • Knowledge of Business, Branding or Marketing is a PLUS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
