Willing to accept providers with sporadic availability – can be on at ‘at-needs’ basis.
- Charleston, WV - per diem available - Must be within 50 miles.
- Beckley, WV - per diem available - Must be within 50 miles.
- New Cumberland, WV - per diem available - Must be within 50 miles.
Seeking Psychiatrist Providers to perform:
- Initial PTSD exams
- Follow up on PTSD exams and other mental health exams across the country.
- Two (2) options for coverage - Travel and perform exams at VES leased facility and/or schedule Veterans within your own practice.
- Will bill per exam.
- Initial PTSD exams, follow up PTSD exams, and other mental health exams.
- DMA certification available (can get CME credits) – will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified.
- Own personal laptop (NO MACs)
- (DBQs)
- Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion - no narrative report. The result is the completion of standardized form(s).
- Evaluations to be completed in VES's provider portal.
- Record review is required in most cases.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Board Eligible (within 2-5 years of accredited residency)/Board Certified
· Active WV license.
· COIs documentation ready at Presentation
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
- Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products).
- Must be willing to wear a mask during all visits.
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 0-3 years of residency
- Active and unrestricted full license
- Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified.
- CV needs current home address listed.
- Will need a copy of ECFMG certificate if they attended school in a different country.
