Triac Construction specializes in Residential and Commercial building. For this position the Executive Assistant would be working closely with the owners, aiding in the office and clerical work that comes with being a builder such as the following:
-Tracking Bills
-Proficient in QuickBooks
-Curating Invoices
-keeping office well organized & maintained
-Reconciliations with QuickBooks
-Follow Up calls and emails with Vendors
-Answering phone calls
-Cutting Checks, paying subs/vendors/bills
-Setting meetings
-Creating Schedules
-Updating website/social media
-social media
-Ordering materials, dealing with vendors
