Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO to manage emails, phone calls, and staff requests.
- Discern the importance of client and team requests, prioritizing the CEO's schedule accordingly.
- Efficiently manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, ensuring optimal time management.
- Support client needs with professionalism and discretion.
- Mange continuing education, licensing and designations renewals for the CEO.
- Handle various administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary between $45,000 - $55,000 per year with bonuses paid each quarter.
