SalaryThe Bartlesville Hilton Garden Inn is currently seeking an energetic and multitasked individual to assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel housekeeping department. Previous housekeeping/management experience preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
Creates schedules and assigns work to housekeepers. Adjusts work of employees based on needs, call-outs, etc.
Monitors daily work hours to ensure compliance with budgeted hours
Exemplifies a sense of urgency with the entire team to ensure all units get turned on time Inspects rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards
Cleans rooms and common areas as needed
Assists in solving guest complaints promptly
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Reliable
Basic Computer Skills
Weekend availability
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time
Attention to detail
Positive attitude
Pay based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
