Job Description:
Still She Rises, Inc. seeks a motivated professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director (ED) and future Legal Director (LD). The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the ED and LD. The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing schedules across multiple time zones, booking travel and prioritizing emails and tasks. As needed the Executive Assistant will also assist with research, writing/editing, event-planning and community engagement.
The role must interact seamlessly, and with a professional demeanor, across a broad range of individuals including the Board of Directors, team members, clients, and community members. A successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, incredibly versatile and able to respond quickly to a variety of tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on tasks in a timely manner
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others

Compensation: $48,000 annually + medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, and 401K with 4% employer contribution
