LifeSquire Connect, your assistant resource, is helping a Norman entrepreneurial team add the next great person to their team!
The right person will work closely with the entrepreneurs to create an organized and responsive environment for progress. This position will offer the unique opportunity to support growing companies into the next phases of their growth! Come make an impact!
Regular duties will include:
- Office administration and data entry for multiple companies, including setting up new client accounts and research
- Serving as an organizational hub to encourage productivity and direct communication as needed, including managing physical spaces, filing systems, office stock, events calendar, and project/idea management
- Email and calendar management to support executives and clients
- Event planning, project work, and general support in accomplishing company goals as needed

In exchange for these qualities, the company is happy to offer an annual salary of $45,000-$50,000 along with a benefits package that includes health insurance and PTO!
