Based in the stunning Northern Michigan, you'll enjoy daily views of breathtaking shorelines of the Great Lakes, both Lake Huron and Lake Michigan as well as the Mackinac Bridge.

Contributions to the Crew

• Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, sending reminders and setting up catering as needed
• Reserve travel and track itineraries, make changes and update as needed
• See to business and personal tasks are completed
• Schedule and oversee business services
• Manage and edit communications, such as emails, letters, memos

• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong math and grammar skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to quickly learn software and other online applications.
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• High level of professionalism and good judgement
• Experience in a similar position preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar field preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required
• Reliable Transportation required
