Looking for a dynamic, creative, energetic, and task-oriented Administrative Assistant to help the CEO with several tasks including the following. This is agrowth oriented position and the right candidate would be able to build themselves into additional responsibilities, and roles within the organization.
- Greet visitors in the office and manage various areas in the office
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and book travel for leadership
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Manage part of the office responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
