Job Description:
Providing high level administrative assistance, such as conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests. Perform clerical functions such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives behalf. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. Performing minor accounting duties such as Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Organize meetings locally and internationally including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary. Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner. Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before allowing them to meet with the executives of the company. Managing the executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters. Compile and record employee time and payroll data. May compute employees' time worked, production, and commission. May compute and post wages and deductions, or prepare paychecks.
