Our team assess the child's needs & work with the family to maximize skill acquisition, facilitating optimal growth in cognitive, language, motor, & social development. The hands-on, focused approach to services strives to increase parents' understanding of their child's strengths/needs & supports parents in learning how to foster their child's growth & development.
Eliot is seeking an assertive, self directed Office Mgr. One year related management expertise inmedical billing, office mngmt. & fiscal services. Strong admin skills, excellent communicator & committed to working with a team of professionals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure all systems are operating efficiently and meet the needs of assigned staff and families.
- Manage daily administrative operations of the program including establishing work priorities and assist in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the program.
- Provide accurate and timely flows of data, financial and insurance benefits information among the families, staff, Accounts Receivable, MCE, the Business Office and other relevant parties.
- Follow up on billing reports, write offs and denials for all assigned programs.
- Oversee, coordinate, maintain, and/or process payroll time sheets, sick and annual leave documents, travel reimbursements, purchasing documents, and/or employment documents for the staff he/she supervises.
- Assist with the development and implementation of reporting procedures as requested; oversee maintenance of electronic medical records.
- Serve as a member of the locations Leadership Team.
- Complete all work accurately and in a timely and professional manner.
