Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support.

- Handle financial tasks including invoicing, payroll, and AR/AP.
- Maintain meticulous financial records using QuickBooks.
- Lead a dedicated, process-oriented team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and implement employee training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A customer-first approach to service and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in financial management, payroll processing, and QuickBooks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.
