Job Responsibilities:
Manage and execute donation requests including room and dining reservations
Complete the resort’s annual permitting documents – liquor license, building, pools, and moorings
Handle all Executive Office VIP requests – including amenity requests, reservation arrangements
Manage reconciliation of corporate credit card purchases and make payments
Assist with insurance claim submissions
Manage contract software
Assist with completion of weekly Operations Meeting presentation
Complete supply and collateral orders as needed
Respond to online guest reviews
Send all catering and meeting evaluations to clients
Manage tennis software updates
Assist with tracking of retail inventory
Assist with employee appreciation and engagement.
Activate gift cards as needed
Manage resort’s beach and tennis club membership:
Provide tours and membership information
Send weekly/monthly communications
Along with dining and concierge team – assist with dining and activity arrangements
Work with catering team to plan member events
Requirements
Proficient in all Microsoft products
Excellent writing and organizational skills
Strong customer service skills
Use of Infor HMS, Property Management System, OpenTable dining reservations system, Contract Safe Software a plus
