Payroll:
Report hours to ADP, post payroll to GL, file time sheets, maintain employee personnel files and keep employee breakdowns updated
Accounts Payable:
Pay invoices and file, post payments to computer, make monthly tax deposits
Accounts Receivable:
Create invoices and mail, post and deposit checks, credit card payments and payment hub, follow up on overdue invoices.
Customer Service: Answer phones, intake motors for repair, customer information, billing, etc.
Year End:
Supply accountant with financial reports and bank statements.
Quotations:
Type and send quotes to customers and file
UPS:
Shipping and Returns
Miscellaneous:
Subcontractor certificates, office supplies, Contract and related paperwork, tax exempt certificates, hoist inspection reports, gas cards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
