This is a hyrbrid role, x2 days week onsite. ONLY local candidates will be considered.

The Director of Analytics will lead our data analytics division, ensuring that our organization is making informed, data-backed decisions at every juncture. This leader will provide strategic insights, develop a high-performing analytics team, and serve as the primary interface between data and strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the client's Digital Analytics strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of data analysts to produce actionable insights.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all analytic platforms.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data insights into all facets of the business.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest analytic tools, techniques, and methodologies, incorporating best practices into the team's workflow.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Digital Analytics
- 4+ years ad agency
- 3 years in a leadership role
- 2+ years of automotive category experience preferred.
- Proficiency with analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Python) and data warehousing solutions.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate data findings to influence business strategy.
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.

The salary range for this role is $173,000 - $200,000. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: client, experience, training and/or transferable skills.
