Director Of Business Development (Multifamily Construction)

Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable Multifamily General Construction team in San Diego County on their search for a Director of Business Development with experience in Developing, Growing, and Managing Client and Customer Relationships within the General Construction Industry.

As a Director of Business Development, your main responsibility will be to generate and maintain new and existing business relationships.

Job Title: Director of Business Development (Multifamily Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Identify future opportunities with current clients
• Develop new relationships within the Multifamily Construction community
• Attend tradeshows, conferences, and customer related events, as required
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Help develop and put into action the company marketing plan, resulting in defined goals, budgets, and metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ yearsof Business Development and Marketing Experience within the Multifamily Construction or Development Industries
• Proven Success in creating new Mutually Successful Business Relationships
• Proven Ability to Lead a Team
• Strong level of Accountability and Self Motivation
• Proven Ability to Work Successfully in a Positive Team Environment

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
