- Develop and lead CPX’s analytics & Insights strategy, ensuring a thoughtful and effective approach to how we measure and improve our operational capabilities
- Actively partner with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, analysis and strategic recommendations to improve the customer and partner experience
- Elevate the deliverable quality, skills and performance of the CPX Insights team
- Own and drive key Customer & Partner-related projects and programs including Voice of Customer (“VoC”)
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration within the CPX Insights team and across Workiva
- Lead with empathy, trust, and transparency
- 10+ years experience in business intelligence, customer insights, and/or analytics engineering or related field
- 5+ years of management experience and cross functional leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA or Masters in Data Science/Analytics preferred
- Experience building high-performing reporting / analytics teams in globally-integrated organization
- Strong business acumen and understanding of Customer Success, Technical Support, Client Services, and/or Partnerships / Alliances functions
- Experience working in a SaaS business environment
- Familiarity with the customer journey, customer experience metrics, and key analyses & customer feedback programs
- Experience with customer lifecycle measurements, health scoring, and upsell/cross-sell models in a multi-product enterprise software environment.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and/or modeling tools, as well as self-service analytical tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize, and enhance reporting/analytics products using Agile Development and Product Management methodologies
- Strong ability to “tell the story” behind the data
- Strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills
- Fully remote with up to 25% travel required
- US preferred with occasional need to access local Workiva offices
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
- Salary range in the US:
- A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
